South Eastern
The Club was founded in 1957 by a small group of enthusiasts in the Oxfordshire area. To be precise at Paternoster Farm, led by Edward Harris and his sister Gladys.
Each Section is independently run by its own committee. Activities are wide-ranging and vary from Section to Section, but may include events with a technical slant, weekend breaks, visits to places of interest and social occasions. Sections produce their own newsletters or magazines giving local Club news and reports of past and future events.

A member may apply to join any Section, irrespective of where they live, and may attend any event, even if they are not a registered member of the organising Section.

The Danish Section has been on the road since 1980 and had the 40th Anniversary in 2019.
The East Anglia section covers a huge area from the Stour all way up to the Humber and from the A1 to the East Coast within which we currently have around 400 members (2023).
Our section was initially formed under the title of ‘Leicester & Rutland’ in early 1969 with Bob Chapman as Chairman and John Holyoak as Secretary. In July 1969 however, the title was changed to ‘East Midlands Section’.
The Essex section is a very friendly group which was originally setup in March 1968 by John Philips and was one of the early RREC sections (in the original Essex Section Newsletter Vol.1 No,1 it is called a branch).
The French Section of the RREC which was created in 1969. It now has around 110 members and they try to meet once a month.
Founded in 1975, in Central Germany by just seven enthusiasts, nearly half a century later, we now have over 400 members and significantly more Club cars.
The Great Western Section is the second youngest Section in the United Kingdom; it was formed in 1986 and celebrates its 35th Anniversary in 2021.
The Ireland Section was formed initially in the early 1970s by a group of enthusiasts including Brian Gillespie from Blackrock and Peter Dunne from Portarlington.
Protected by Manannan mac Lir, the Isle of Man is home to many Rolls-Royce and Bentleys with an active section.
The Italian Section was established in 1982 with the aim of promoting the history of the Rolls-Royce and Bentley motor cars in a Country usually devoted to sports cars.
The Middlesex Section is one of the oldest sections of the RREC.
De Nederlandse afdeling is opgericht in 1967. Het is gebruikelijk dat de club jaarlijks een tweetal technische bijeenkomsten organiseert, een in het voorjaar en een in het najaar.

The Northern section was founded in the Spring of 1966 by our President Emeritus Roy Brooks.
Although the Club was formed in 1957, it wasn’t until 1969 that the Oxford (Founders) Section became the thirteenth Section to be formed.
Paulerspury Section was formed in 1980 when the RREC moved its headquarters to Paulerspury.
When Poland energetically shook off the shackles of communism in 1989 the idea of founding a Polish Section of the Rolls-Royce Enthusiasts’ Club would have been considered hopeful but bordering on the delusional
At that time the annual subscription for the Club was £2 per annum. The bulletin also carried adverts for secondhand cars, examples of which include 1937 Rolls-Royce Phantom lll with a spare engine £1,600, 1955 Bentley R Type in superb condition £975.
The RREC Western Cape Section was formed by a retired British engineer, Stuart Halsall and his wife Ann, when they retired to the Cape from running a highly successful business in Johannesburg for many years.

The Swiss section of the RREC was founded in 1973 in Hallwyl Castle. We have around 450 members here with around 1000 registered vehicles, divided into around 30% pre-war cars (1905-1940), 30% post-war cars (1946-1965) and around 40% newer vehicles.
Welcome to the Wessex Section page. We're currently planning numerous events for 2023.
The section covers one of the largest geographical areas within RREC UK, and includes Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, West Midlands, and Worcestershire.
The Yorkshire Section was formed in 1976 and distributes a Newsletter amongst its members every two months.
